The Challenge.

The provider struggled with visibility into remote infrastructure, regulatory reporting demands, and balancing uptime with environmental goals. OT environments remained exposed, and system updates across regions were slow and risky.

The Solution.

We deployed VMware Edge Compute and Tanzu to enable real-time load balancing and distributed analytics. NSX and VCF secured OT infrastructure and segmented field sites. Aria Operations and Aria Logs gave IT visibility into all regional systems, while Aria Automation orchestrated consistent change across the fleet.

The Result.
