A national government department undergoing digital transformation across citizen services, inter-agency collaboration, and public sector automation. The department was bound by sovereign cloud requirements and national data regulations.

The Challenge.

Legacy infrastructure was slowing digital delivery. Sensitive public data lacked proper jurisdictional controls, and inter-agency systems could not securely exchange data. Zero Trust mandates had not yet been implemented at the infrastructure level.

The Solution.

We implemented a VMware Cloud Foundation-based private cloud with NSX micro-segmentation to isolate agency workloads. Aria Automation provided policy-driven provisioning of public-facing services, while Aria Logs and Operations enabled real-time auditability. NSX Federation allowed secure data exchange between agencies within compliance boundaries.

The Result.

The department now operates with full data sovereignty, faster e-service delivery, and Zero Trust enforcement across infrastructure. Attack surface has been reduced, and cross-agency collaboration is now technically viable without compromising control.
