The Challenge.

The client’s previous Managed Services Provider left them exposed to significant cybersecurity risks, inconsistent operational practices, and poor visibility across their IT environment. Identity management was fragmented, Microsoft 365 lacked secure backups, and endpoint compliance varied widely. We deployed strong edge security using FortiGate firewalls, hardened mail security through Mimecast and enforced DMARC policies to secure domain-level communications.
