Client Overview.

A South African-based IT provider servicing clients across multiple industries. Two of their most strategic customers — one an international packaging technology firm, the other a regional power solutions provider — had rapidly evolving infrastructure demands and high expectations around uptime, support, and data protection.



The Challenge.

The provider needed to expand its service delivery model without building internal capacity from scratch. One client required enterprise-grade cloud hosting across multiple geographies, while the other needed fully managed services across servers, endpoints, networking, and support — all while retaining an in-house IT function.

Both customers were standardised onto centralised, monitored, and recoverable environments — allowing the IT provider to deliver mature, compliant services with full visibility and control.
