Their first major tenant, a national data processing firm handling sensitive information for top-tier institutions, had a fragmented, co-located environment that suffered from poor application responsiveness and inconsistent uptime.

We migrated the data processing firm into a consolidated environment with optimised resource allocation, network latency tuning, and full-stack monitoring. The platform also allowed the client to productise their hosting capabilities while we handled backend infrastructure and performance governance.

The onboarding was completed in 2022, and the hosted client has since reported significantly improved application responsiveness and infrastructure stability.
